Dosage form: Colorless or yellowish brown liquid

Active ingredients and amount(s) per unit dose: 

 Each 1L contains

 Toltrazuril  ------------------------ 25g

 Triethanolamine ------------------------ 5g

 Purified Water ------------------------ Q.S 

Indication: 

 Chickens : Prevention and treatment of Coccidiosis

Dosage and Administration: 

 - Chickens : 1ml/ 1L drinking water for 2 days, and the last five days following the repeated 

 administration of once more. 

Package unit:

 100mL, 200mL, 500mL, 1L, 5L

Shelf life: 

 24 months from manufactured date.

Storage condition: 

 At cool and dry place avoiding direct sunlight

Precautions:

 1) Withdrawal period

 - Chickens : 16day 

 2) Contraindications

 - Do not use in animals with hypersensitivity to toltrazurils

 3) Do not use with any medicine containing the same ingredient

 4) Use only after evenly mixing

 5) Once mixed in drinking water, use as soon as possible

 6) Use only for animal treatment

 7) Consult with Veterinarian before use 

 8) Use only to the species recommended
